How does it work?
Onboarding New Students
At our language school, the introductory process for new students is transparent and well-organized to provide them with the best possible educational experience from the very beginning. After signing the contract, each new student goes through a set of steps that allow for a precise adjustment of the course to their needs and level of advancement.
Stages of introducing new students:
Signing the contract After signing the contract for the provision of educational services, we begin the process of introducing new students to the system.
Placement test (within 14 days of signing the contract)
Within 14 days of signing the contract, we conduct a placement test, which allows us to precisely determine the language level of each participant. The test is available online, and its results allow us to adjust the course to the individual needs of the student.
Verification interview
After the placement test, each student has a verification interview with one of our teachers. The aim of the interview is to more thoroughly check the language skills and assess how well the student copes in practical language situations. Thanks to this interview, we will be able to precisely adjust the curriculum.
Establishing a group of students
Based on the results of the placement test and the verification interview, students are assigned to appropriate groups. Groups are created based on the level of advancement to ensure optimal learning dynamics and enable effective communication between participants.
Establishing lesson dates with teachers
Then, based on the students' preferences, we establish a convenient schedule of classes. Students can choose between stationary and online classes, as well as choose their preferred hours of classes, which provides flexibility in organizing courses.
Logging in to the Langlion and Amerilingua platforms
Students receive access to the modern Langlion and Amerilingua educational platforms, where classes will be held and where educational materials, tests, homework assignments, as well as the ability to monitor learning progress will be available. Each course participant will receive login details and instructions on how to use the platform.
Beginning of the course
After completing the above steps, students can start learning. The first lessons will be organized according to the established schedule. Teachers will make sure that students feel comfortable and motivated to learn from the very beginning.
Coordinator from the client's company
Each company that cooperates with our school is assigned a coordinator who will be responsible for ongoing communication between the company and the language school. The coordinator from the company:
Will have online access to the Langlion and Amerilingua platform systems, which allows for ongoing monitoring of the progress of the students.
Will be able to control and evaluate the students' results, check attendance and participate in the process of organizing possible changes to the schedule.
Will also be an intermediary in communication between the company and the school, facilitating quick resolution of possible problems and ensuring effective cooperation.
Thanks to the presence of the coordinator from the client's company, the entire learning process becomes more organized, and students receive support from both our school and their organization.
Summary
Our approach to introducing new students ensures that each participant is properly prepared to start learning, and the company has full control over the progress of employees. The automated testing process, personalization of learning and the ability to monitor results by the coordinator from the company are elements that allow for effective management of language learning in companies.
