For HR and procurement

Everything you need to approve training without extra work.

Paperwork, invoicing and reporting are on our side. HR gets one point of contact, predictable documents and data you can show the board.

Paperwork

Documents and invoicing that pass procurement.

01

Framework agreement

One agreement for the whole programme. New groups and modules are added by order, without renegotiation.

02

Data processing agreement (GDPR)

Participant data is processed only to deliver the training, under a data processing agreement.

03

Monthly payment in advance

A B2B invoice issued to the company at the start of each month. Billing is always with the company — participants pay nothing. HR sees each person's attendance in a monthly summary.

04

Progress & attendance report

Attendance, grades and trainer notes from the LangLion platform, CEFR level at entry and now, business goals and recommendations — ready for the board.

05

Confirmation of completion

At the end of the programme each participant receives a confirmation of participation with scope and level.

06

One coordinator

Schedules, group changes, cancellations and participant questions are handled by the programme coordinator.

FAQ

Corporate language training — HR questions

Does ENGLISHOWO train companies only in Poznań?

No. ENGLISHOWO delivers training online for companies across Poland and Europe, including teams in different locations. Poznań is the registered office of QUANTUM QUEST sp. z o.o., not a restriction on where clients are served.

How does corporate language training start?

We first establish the business goal, number of learners and availability. We then assess skills, allocate groups and propose the programme, schedule and quotation. Once approved, we organise online lessons; the programme coordinator is HR's point of contact.

Which LangLion data can be included in an HR report?

Depending on the export, data can include learner and group attendance, lesson dates and attendance statuses, delivered lessons, grades, test results and trainer notes. A company's report covers only its participants. Missing data is not replaced by estimates or values from the sample report.

Do attendance and grades demonstrate CEFR progress?

Not on their own. Attendance measures participation, while grades refer to specific tasks or tests. Comparing CEFR levels requires documented entry and current assessments. Skills analysis, business goals and recommendations are ENGLISHOWO's analysis, not an automatic output from LangLion.

Who pays for the training and how is it billed?

We bill the company, not the participants. Payment is monthly in advance against a B2B invoice issued to the company. Programme scope and cooperation terms are agreed before the start.

Does the downloadable PDF contain a real client's data?

No. The public PDF uses fictional data, marked on every page. It illustrates a report structure based on LangLion fields and a separate ENGLISHOWO analysis. Reports containing real participant data are not published on the website.
