01 · Why this is strategy, not a perk

Language capability is now a tool for executing strategy.

Companies operate in a global environment where effective communication determines how fast decisions are made, how well negotiations go and how independently teams can work. Organisations that want to grow faster invest in communication skills the same way they invest in systems and processes.

01

Language as a strategic tool

We build programmes around your organisation's goals — entering a new market, post-acquisition integration, serving a global client — not around the next chapter of a textbook.

02

The context of real work

The training material is the participant's own documents, meetings and processes. We practise what is already in next week's calendar.

03

Measurable results

Entry diagnosis, communication indicators, a report for HR and the board. You know what changed and where.

03 · The QUEST DIRECT™ method

Our own method for developing language skills, built on business goals

Five stages that turn language training into a project with a defined outcome: from diagnosing the goal, through practice in a real context, to measurement and reporting.

The method step by step
Q

Qualify — diagnosing the goal

We define the business goal, the communication situations and each participant's entry level. Result: a competency map and the scope of the programme.

U

Understand — designed on your material

We study the team's documents, processes and calendar. On that basis we design the session scenarios and select industry trainers.

E

Engage — sessions in the target language

100% of the session in the target language, with a native speaker. Participants speak from the first minute instead of listening to a lecture on grammar.

S

Simulate — simulations of real situations

A supplier negotiation, a presentation to headquarters, a client meeting — rehearsed in a safe setting, with immediate feedback.

T

Track — measurement and reporting

Regular assessment of progress against KPIs, attendance and recommendations for further development in a report for HR and line managers.

04 · Rollout process

A structured onboarding — without loading work onto HR.

We take over the rollout: diagnosis, group allocation, scheduling, communication with participants and reporting. HR gets a ready-made process and a single point of contact.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes with HR or the business sponsor: goal, schedule, budget, expected outcome.

  2. 02

    Skills audit

Placement tests and interviews with a native speaker. Result: CEFR level plus a communication profile for each participant.

  3. 03

    Programme and group design

Choice of format (1:1, group, workshop), trainers and intensity. Sign-off on scope and KPIs.

  4. 04

    Participant onboarding

Platform access, schedule, cancellation rules, contact details for the coordinator.

  5. 05

    Delivery and reporting

Sessions, attendance monitoring, periodic reports for HR and mid-course adjustments to the programme.

07 · FAQ for HR

The questions HR teams ask.

If something is missing here, write to [email protected] — we reply within one business day.

In what format do you run the sessions?

Primarily online — we work with companies across Poland and Europe, wherever the team is based. On-site or hybrid sessions are available on request. Formats: 1:1 for executives, groups of 2–6 people, one-day workshops and intensive cycles ahead of a specific project.

How does invoicing work?

We bill the company, not the participants: a framework agreement and a B2B invoice to the company, paid monthly in advance. HR receives a monthly attendance summary and a quarterly progress report.

Will we get a report on participants' progress?

Yes. HR gets a monthly attendance summary and a quarterly report: data from the LangLion platform (attendance, attendance list, grades, test results, trainer notes) plus our analysis — CEFR level at entry and now, business goals achieved and recommendations. For larger rollouts we add a quarterly review with the board.

Who runs the sessions?

Native speakers with corporate experience and Cambridge-certified trainers. For specialist programmes (legal, medical, finance) we assign trainers with experience in that industry.

How many participants are needed to start a programme?

We start a programme from a single participant in the 1:1 format. Groups are formed after the audit, bringing together people at a similar level with similar communication situations.
